Refund policy
At The Anti-Aging Pro®, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our educational content. However, because our courses are delivered digitally with immediate access, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect the value and integrity of our training materials.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, and

If 10% or less of the course has been accessed or completed
If both criteria are met, a full refund may be granted.
Upon approval of your refund request, your course access will be terminated and you will no longer be able to access any course material.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please email info@theantiagingpro.com with the subject line: Refund Request and let us know which course you are requesting a refund for.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please follow up.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed
- The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- You later learn that you are not permitted to perform the treatment in your state, country, or under your professional license, including if laws or scope-of-practice rules change after purchase.
- You assumed the course would qualify for CEUs, continuing education credit, or state board credit (unless explicitly stated in the course description)
- You experience a change in personal circumstances (e.g., lack of time, loss of interest)
- You are unable to access the course due to device, browser, or internet compatibility issues.
- You initiate a payment dispute or chargeback. Once a dispute is filed, we are unable to process any refunds until the payment processor completes their investigation.
Legal Responsibility & Licensing
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or course participant to verify whether the treatments taught are permitted under their license or in their jurisdiction.
We provide general education for licensed professionals, but do not guarantee that completion of a course grants legal permission to perform any procedure in your state, country, location, or under your specific license or credentials.
Continuing Education (CEUs)
Unless explicitly stated on the course page, our courses are not currently approved for CE or CEU credit. CE/CEU approvals are granted on a state-by-state basis, and only certain courses may become approved over time.
If CE credit is important to you, please confirm with your state licensing board before enrolling. We do not offer refunds if a course does not meet CE/CEU eligibility in your state, country, or profession.
Device & Technical Compatibility
Please make sure you have a compatible device and stable internet connection before enrolling in a course. Due to the digital nature of our programs, no refunds will be granted due to incompatible devices or unsupported browsers.
To access course content, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Supported Devices: Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
- Internet Connection: Broadband internet with at least 5 Mbps speed (recommended)
