Not at all! Our courses are designed for all skill levels, whether you're just starting out in the industry or are a seasoned professional seeking a refresher course or more in-depth understanding.
We teach everything from the ground up, starting with the basics and gradually building up to more advanced topics. Our courses are designed to provide a comprehensive education that is accessible to all skill levels, so you'll never feel lost or overwhelmed.
We want everyone to feel welcome and confident in their ability to understand and apply the course material, regardless of their prior experience or education.
You have lifetime access to each of our courses, which means there is no time limit to complete them.
You can take as long as you need to work through the material at your own pace, and you can always refer back to the course content whenever you need to. We understand that everyone has different schedules and learning styles, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility and freedom to learn on your own terms.
Our courses are self-paced and flexible, so you can work through the material at your own speed, whenever and wherever it's convenient for you.
We provide an estimated time frame for each course if you prefer to complete it in one sitting, but we want you to take as much time as you need to fully absorb the material. Our courses are extremely in-depth and comprehensive, covering all the essentials to give you a strong understanding of the subject matter. So don't rush yourself! Take your time and enjoy the journey of learning.
Yes! You will get a certificate of completion after finishing 100% of the course and passing the final exam for applicable courses.
The certification is intended for your resume and to show off your accomplishments to your clients. It's important to remember that our courses are for educational purposes only, and don't authorize you to perform any of the skills taught without complying with applicable laws and regulations. We want you to use your new knowledge responsibly, within your scope of practice. For more information, take a look at our Terms of Service.
You will get your certificate of completion via email when you finish 100% of the course and pass the final exam on applicable courses.
Please allow us 24-48 hours after you finish the course to process and send out your certificate.
We do not. We're proud to offer unbiased education in all of our online courses. We don't focus on any particular brands, so you won't feel any pressure to buy or learn about just one brand or protocol. This gives you the flexibility to apply the knowledge you gain to any brand you choose.
As an added bonus, most courses include a comprehensive list of different professional skincare lines that carry products applicable to the course topic. This resource allows you to research and confidently choose the best brand for your business. Technical Support FAQs
When you purchase one of our online courses, we'll send you two emails. The first email is a purchase confirmation, and the second email contains all the information you need to create an account on the program that hosts our courses, called Thinkific. Here you will also be able to login to the course.
Keep in mind that sometimes the email with your login details might get flagged as spam, so be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
We recommend bookmarking the login page from the second email so you can easily access it at any time.
If for some reason you don't receive the email, don't worry! Just send us an email at info@theantiagingpro.com, and we'll make sure you get everything you need to get started on your course. We're here to help you every step of the way!
When you enroll in one of our online courses, you'll gain access to our student dashboard through the Thinkific program. This will show all the courses you are enrolled in. When you enter one of your enrolled courses, you will find various modules and lessons, which include video lessons and downloadable resources to supplement your learning. We recommend starting at module 1 and going through each lesson in order.
Feel free to pause the course at any time and pick up where you left off. As you progress through the course, you'll see a progress bar at the top of your screen that shows you how far you've come.

After purchasing the course and creating your account, you can access your course by using the link provided in the original email, or by clicking on the "Login" button at the top of theantiagingpro.com.

To ensure the best experience while taking our courses, please make sure that your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart device meets the following requirements:
- The latest version of one of the supported web browsers listed below
- Javascript enabled
- PDF plugin
- Graphic and audio output capability (all courses are in video format)
- Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended)

Please note that the courses do not support Internet Explorer. Attempting to access the courses using Internet Explorer will result in an error message.
Also, keep in mind that all courses require audio, so be sure to have the volume turned on your device in order to hear the course material.
Our courses are built to cater to your unique learning needs and preferences. We know that everyone learns differently, and we want to ensure that our courses accommodate a variety of learning styles.
The courses consist of video lessons that include a variety of visual aids, written materials, and narrated text to help you stay engaged and learn effectively. Our goal is to make learning enjoyable and interactive, which is why we designed our courses to be informative and engaging.
If you are having difficulty logging in, don't worry! There could be several reasons why this is happening, but we're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a couple of suggestions:
- If your username and password are not working, try manually typing them in instead of using auto-populate. This may resolve any issues with the auto-populate feature.
- If you still can't log in, try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. This will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Make sure you are using a supported browser and that your browser is up to date.

Refresh your cache and restart your browser. This is often all you need to resolve basic issues!
- Try accessing your site in a Private or Incognito window, like Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window. This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.
- If you are opening the page from a bookmark, try opening it by finding the page directly instead. In some cases, if a page has been updated since it was bookmarked, you may see an error when you attempt to load the bookmarked page.
- Try out a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc). Sometimes the issue can be browser specific.
- Try disabling your browser extensions to see if there is a conflict Sometimes, services like pop-up and/or ad-blockers may cause issues when viewing the site. In rare cases, anti-virus software may also contribute to issues viewing our courses.
- Try a different device or computer (mobile phone, tablet, PC/Mac laptop/desktop, etc.). It is rare, but sometimes a certain device has trouble with a content type.
- Restart your device

Payment & Refunds
Your satisfaction is my primary goal. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, as long as 20% or less of the course is completed.
Upon approval of your refund request, your course access will be terminated and you will no longer be able to access any course material.

Online Chemical Peel Course FAQs
The chemical peel course covers a wide range of topics related to chemical peels, including skin anatomy and physiology, peel types and strengths, client consultations, skin analysis, pre and post-treatment care, and more.
The course curriculum includes comprehensive information on various chemical peel acids, such as AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid, and mandelic acid), BHAs (salicylic acid), as well as Jessner’s Peel, Modified Jessner’s Peel, TCA Peel, and Phenol Peel.
The course also covers chemical peel application techniques for both timed peels and layered peels, chemical peel safety and sanitation protocols, how to avoid and treat potential complications, how to safely treat darker skin tones, and how to develop customized chemical peel treatment plans for your clients.
By the end of the course, you will have a thorough understanding of chemical peel treatments, enabling you to offer high-quality, effective chemical peel treatments to your clients.
Great question! We don't include a kit with the purchase of our online chemical peel course since the training is designed to be unbiased and non-brand specific. This way, you know that you are receiving quality education that isn't biased towards one specific brand.
For those of you in need of chemical peels to practice with, we've included a helpful resource within our course that directs you to extremely affordable sample peel sizes for you to be able to try different acids. This allows you to experiment with different acids before you choose which company you want to purchase them from.

Esthetician Course FAQs
Unfortunately, our courses do not provide certification to become a licensed esthetician. Each US state has its own requirements for licensure, which usually involves specific training and completion of certain hours.
Our courses are designed to be supplemental and continuing education for those who are already licensed or seeking to advance their knowledge in the field.
For more information on becoming a licensed esthetician, we recommend visiting your state's board website or resources such as estheticianedu.org or americanmedspa.org.
Unfortunately, our courses do not currently offer continuing education (CE) credits. But don't worry, we're working hard to obtain accreditation so that we can provide CE credits in the near future. Keep an eye out for updates!
